Bio: Brenda Smola Foti is an artist and farmer. She now operates Tabula Rasa Farms in the Willamette Valley, Carlton Oregon. Brenda comes from many generations of farming in her background. She has created a farm that utilizes various water capture methods. The farm also runs a pastured Irish Dexter beef program, along with American Guinea hogs and layer chickens using sustainable and regenerative farming principles of Salatin, Holzer,and Savory.
